Rosè
Rosa del Gaia, a bubbly Rosé made from mixed red grapes, and transformed, using a traditional soft pressing method, prompting the immediate separation of the grape skins from the pulp, giving this wine its delicate charateristic rosé color. A superb aperitif, and in the preparation of cocktails, also as an accompaniment to fish dishes and white meats, or for a special celebration.
